We will make it easy for you to enjoy every one of our resin incense by sending you a roll of charcoal and a package of our incense every month. Every month you will get a different scent and they will not repeat in a 12 month period. All you have to do is open your package and enjoy the ancient aromas. When is the incense dispatched?
We begin dispatch around the third week of each month.
Shipping estimates are 4 to 6 days in the U.S.
When will I receive my first monthly scent?
All orders placed before the 15th will ship out on the 22nd of the month. All orders placed on the 15th or later will ship out on the 22nd of the following month. Please let us know if there is an issue during shipping with broken or damaged items. So we can correct the problem right away!
Once your first monthly scent has arrived they will arrive around that same date each month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please make sure to cancel your subscription before the next payment is taken out. Your payment is taken out on the same date that you signed up.
When is payment taken?
You are charged on the day that you sign up. This will be the day that you are charged every month.
If you wish to cancel your subscription please do so before your next payment date. If you do not cancel before your next payment date then you will receive the next scent.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you do not wish to receive another scent you must cancel your subscription before your next monthly payment is taken (this payment is taken on the same date of the month that you signed up).
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Account> My Subscriptions
- Go to Monthly Scent Subscription.
- Choose to cancel.
